A Weekend of Wellness activities in Kyogle and also the Hanging Rock Hall at Wadeville a short drive from Kyogle. Yoga Nidra, Sculpt, Bhakti Flow, Women’s Circle, Men’s Circle, Sangha, QiGong, Yin and Reiki, Dancing Freedom, Womb Yoga and more.

About the event
Kyogle, NSW is about to become the next big wellness hub in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Held the first weekend of each month, we present the Wellness Weekend. Where the wellness instructors, musicians, and teachers come together with offerings that will leave you feeling blissfully renewed by the end of the weekend.
This is a very exciting movement. And we invite you to be a part of this movement at the grass roots. See the below Wellness Weekend Schedule;
Friday 2nd Feb
9am Sculpt class with Robyn, Free for Kyogle Community Gym Members or $12 at the door -Banquet Hall, cnr Stratheden St & Roxy Lane
🪷10am Yoga Nidra with Tori $15 at the door. Uniting Church Fellowship Hall (UNFH), Bloore St.
🪷5pm Bhakti Yoga with Cathy. Free for Kyogle Community Gym Members or $12 at the door -Banquet Hall, cnr Stratheden St & Roxy Lane

This ticket will register your interest in the event, each event has its own price payable at the door. See the details schedule for prices for each activity. We have activities ranging from donation, $12 , $15, up to $135 for Womb Yoga. We try very hard to keep our prices affordable and accessible to all.
