Wellness Weekend

Kyogle, NSW is about to become the next big wellness hub in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Held the first weekend of each month, we present the Wellness Weekend. Where the wellness instructors, musicians, and teachers come together with offerings that will leave you feeling blissfully renewed by the end of the weekend. 

This is a very exciting movement. And we invite you to be a part of this movement at the grass roots. See the below Wellness Weekend Schedule; 

Friday 2nd Feb

9am Sculpt class with Robyn, Free for Kyogle Community Gym Members or $12 at the door -Banquet Hall, cnr Stratheden St & Roxy Lane

🪷10am Yoga Nidra with Tori $15 at the door. Uniting Church Fellowship Hall (UNFH), Bloore St.

🪷5pm Bhakti Yoga with Cathy. Free for Kyogle Community Gym Members or $12 at the door -Banquet Hall, cnr Stratheden St & Roxy Lane

Saturday 3rd Feb

🪷8am-12pm Farmers Market, Kyogle.

🪷9am Qigong with Wei $15 UCFH, Bloore St.

10:30am Yin and Reiki with Agnes $15 UCFH, Bloore St.

🪷4pm till 10pm Sankalpa @ Hanging Rock Hall - 77 Williams Rd Wadeville. An evening of intentions, women's and men's circles, song, sangha, great food, (6:30pm) Dancing Freedom with Michelle and finishing with Sivasana/Yoga Nidra with Cathy. Entry by donation at the door. Food available, $10 a plate, Mikala's Chai by donation. (This event is an alcohol-free event.)

Sunday 4th Feb

🪷Womb Yoga - practices for all phases of your womb, the Moon and Earth seasons with Mikala from 9am till 2pm. Hanging Rock Hall, $95 or $135 with a 13 Moon Calendar. Call Mikala on 0418302180 to book

If you wish to get involved in the March Wellness Weekend, DM, and we can discuss what great things you can bring to Kyogle. I'm excited to announce we have Robyn from the Community Gym adding Sculpt to the lineup in February. James will be joining us as a men's circle facilitator at our Sankulpa event on Saturday, 3rd February. And Agnes will be offering Yin and Reiki to the line-up. You will get to know Robyn, James and Agnes via the regular Podcast shared to the Kyogle social pages in January.

Prices for events are listed above, Friday and Saturday events you can pay at the door, Sundays Womb Yoga event requires booking so contact Mikala on 0418302180 to book.  

Note all of the events are held in different locations around Kyogle and Green Pigeon. So pay attention to each event and its location.
