About the event

Start the morning by walking through the garden to gather inspiration for your mandala meditation. We will gather together and learn the art of mandala meditation through group mandala creation. After a 10-minute meditation, we will then move to the garden for movement. I will take you through the Sun Salutation and variations of the Sun Salutation. So you can practice at home with confidence.

We will then move into the sunroom for Chai and Ayurvedic morning tea to get to know one another and move through some questions designed to nut out what gets in the way of you being the best version of yourself. We will implement some measures to ensure you get on your mat every day for the next 21 days, helping to solidify your new healthy daily ritual.

I will then take you through 2 yoga asanas (postures) that you can practice at home. You will learn how to do them safely, and I will also give you variations to make the asana possible in your body and help you deepen your practice as it develops.

Lunch in the garden, a delicious, healthy vegetarian, gluten-free lunch, is served. You can sample a recipe from my favourite Ayurvedic Cookbook and also have the chance to purchase the book for yourself.

After lunch, we will break down two more yoga asanas; you will have the chance to ask questions and then browse a collection of yoga props and accessories to support you in your 21-day ritual challenge.

You will receive access to an exclusive group chat where you will share pictures of your daily mandala, your intention, what your practice involved or anything that inspired you that day. You will be encouraged to share with the group and inspire each other to roll out your mat daily. I will connect with the group daily with words of encouragement and shares from my daily practice to keep you going.

Make new friends, find new recipes, learn meditation tips, connect with nature, and connect with the artist within. And take steps towards finding the best version of you.

You will also receive 30 days of access to a library of Yoga classes online. Bhakti Yoga, Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga so you can deepen your practice and find plenty of variety at home.
