If you'd like to recreate your rooftop yoga experience at home, then this is the sage we use during sivasana. Smudging is the ancient ceremony of burning revered plants and herbs to create a sacred smoke bath. It can be used to cleanse the body or home from negative energy. 
 
The White Sage is sold per torch, as illustrated the torch is a bunch of sage tied together with string. Your torch can be burned many times, just burn the torch for the required amount of time and then put out your torch.
