Term 1 is complete with the Bhakti Vinyasa Journey students celebrating with a tree planting ceremony this weekend. I look forward to sharing pics on our socials from the tree planting. If you would like to join the Bhakti Vinyasa Journey for Term 2 starting on the new date of August 16th, Booking is open now. This class is offered 7am Monday. For those people who have completed the Bhakti Vinyasa Journey or have previous Vinyasa experience you are welcome to join Friday evenings class Bhakti Flow - The Journey Continues..... the 8 week course is offered at 5:45pm Fridays starting August 13th.
Over the course of the 8 week period, we explore Yoga Nidra/Meditation, Fall in love with our voices chanting Mantras, still our minds with Pranayama/Breath work, Set intentions, Let go of negative thought patterns and beliefs, move through Yoga Asana and renew our connection to our environment, each other, and our breath. Fostering a lifestyle of compassion, whole heartedness and love for all beings and our beautiful planet.
Students enrolling will also receive access to online classes so you can continue your practice at home.
Forest Farm have been working passionately on a program to regenerate the natural forest that once inhabited the 200+ acre farm with native trees and bushes to encourage the return of wildlife to the area. Already they have planted 8700 trees and are focusing on planting trees that support the local Koala population.
Not only will a portion of the funds raised through Yoga registration go towards plant regeneration, but students will end the term with a tree planting ceremony, celebrating our new intentions and taking real steps towards healing our planet.

Certified with Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. Cathy has been living in Toowoomba QLD for 10 years, and in the last 12 months has moved to Northern NSW to be close to family. Completing her teacher training abroad in Ubud, Bali at Radiantly Alive Studio. With continued training in Bhakti Yoga.
